We had an amazing stay at Les Chalets Du Mont D'Arbois. The chalet was beautiful with breathtaking views. The walk-in shower was a highlight and the swimming pool and terraces were lovely. The concierge, Baptiste, provided great tips for activities. The entire team, from the room attendant to the GM, made our stay fantastic. The surroundings were incredible and we enjoyed the fun activities available. we highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent. Hotel rooms nicely done and spa was very good
We stayed in a domain view room 32 and there is no view as it is blocked by trees.

I think this is the only hotel in greater Megeve with an outdoor pool and access to tennis courts. The food and wine is exceptional but extremely expensive. A more affordable restaurant is a short walk away. Many more restaurants are located in Megeve. A first class luxury hotel with friendly staff.

The staff were very sweet, always smiling, and remembered little details like what coffee we liked in the morning. There is a lovely sitting room with an enormous roaring fire that we loved slumping in front of every night. There is a super gastronomic restaurant on site, as well as a more traditional eaterie up the road. They have a super system whereby all your meals eaten at these properties, plus 3 on the mountain, can be paid for using a special credit card, which gets charged back to the room.
I normally prefer to be less reliant on a hotel shuttle to get anywhere. Once the service stops the local taxis are horrendously expensive, even worse than Geneva - 30 euros for a 3 minute ride down into town! We walked back - once - but it takes about half an hour as it's a very steep climb.

During my Christmas stay, I had the best hot cocoa I've ever had, and the ski trails nearby were amazing. The staff was really friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and I loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and skiing.
The restaurant was quite expensive and I found better dining options in the town. Also, the ski sessions were a bit overpriced compared to the local skiing schools.

Excellent for getting a good sleep - comfortable room with good quality bedding and linen.
Old property with dated service style - desperately in neeed of updating! Due to this, very little atmosphere in the hotel.

Our second visit and we will back again next year. It is a great luxury hotel and this year, the weather and ski conditions were unbelievable, which helped! Occasionally the service can be a little bit suspect but it is relative (to other 5 star hotel experiences). The rooms are lovely (looking over the pool) and quiet. The lifts to and fro the ski station make everything easy. The spa is a relaxing place to unwind post ski and the indoor/outdoor pool is a joy. It is of crouse, very pricey and that is not helped by the strength of the euro as against the £ but if you can afford it, it is great.

Spent my New Year's here, and it was amazing. The breakfast was so yummy, especially the fresh fruits, and the outdoor seating area offered great views of the mountains and surrounding village. Location was perfect for skiing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, like making us feel right at home. Plus, the heated pool was a great way to relax after a long day in the snow.
That we were not informed about additional fees for our dog staying with us. It would have been better to know upfront.

Absolutely charming hotel with beautiful rooms that have a cozy chalet feel. the staff is very welcoming and always happy to help. the location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and close proximity to all the outdoor activities we wanted to try. We really enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of the hotel, it was just what we needed to escape from our busy lives.
The breakfast was a bit pricey, but we found some great local bakeries nearby that offered delicious pastry and coffee for a more reasonable price. the shuttle service could have been more frequent, as we sometimes had to wait a bit longer than we would have liked.
